About Kelly

For over two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of product, brand and distribution. I built my own award-winning beauty brand from the ground up, took it to market, evolved it as the industry changed, and ultimately sold it. Today, I work with founders and leadership teams to build distribution-ready brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail and TV shopping, and to expand internationally with the right commercial structure behind them.

I understand growth from the inside — managing cash flow, scaling operations, entering new channels and making high-risk decisions. My advisory work is grounded in lived experience, not theory.
